Service delivery conditions

• Booking the accommodation: Once the reservation has been made and payment confirmed, the provider will send a confirmation by email with details and access instructions.
• Access to the property: The guest may access the property on the agreed arrival date. Changes or delays are subject to the policies indicated on the website.
• Rental duration: The holiday rental services will be available only during the period specified in the reservation.
• Guest responsibilities: The guest undertakes to respect the property's regulations, local laws and the house rules established by the provider.

Cancellation policy

Our flexible cancellation policy allows you to book your holiday villa with peace of mind:

• Free cancellation — up to 14 days before arrival: If you cancel at least 14 days before the arrival date, it's free and you'll receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: No refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged.
• Booking changes: If you wish to change your booking date, we recommend doing so at least 14 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability and possible price differences.
• No-shows: If you do not show up without cancelling, the full booking amount will be charged.
• Force majeure: In exceptional situations such as natural disasters or pandemics, an exception may be considered. Please contact us directly.
• Cancellation procedure: To cancel your booking, simply contact us by email or phone.
• Refunds: Any refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.

In accordance with the principles of lawfulness and transparency, and to provide interested parties with the information established in articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, we inform you of the characteristics of personal data processing carried out under the responsibility of B&C HOLIDAY S.L.:

Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all controversies or questions relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish legislation shall apply. The Courts and Tribunals of the Canary Islands shall have jurisdiction.
